A Few Words Of Love From Our Fans!

“I ran into this really good spot. The food tastes very home made and the prices are very reasonable for decent portions. The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. To top it off the dessert (cherry cheesecake) was soooo good and tasted as if it was just made!”   (Wendy C.)

“Been here a few times now. This is a fantastic place to go and grab breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful in the food has been consistently good. A+  I'll definitely go back”.  (JohnD)

“Amazing local food; definitely a must-stop for breakfast! Smothered and covered is something I would definitely recommend looking into. I used to always visit this restaurant in their original location every Sunday after church and it practically became a staple of the area to me. Good to see they are still going strong in their new location!”
(Michael S.)

“It may be just a large diner, but it is one of the few family owned restaurants in Oviedo. It is also the oldest. Food is good. Service is great. I've been going there for over twenty years. It used to be near the crossroads. They moved up the road to a new larger place backing onto the Seminole Trail”.   (Tom B.)

“Best Breakfast and Lunch everywhere. The food is amazing, quick & custom to whatever you'd like if you don't see it on the menu. Its a fun, family atmosphere & especially the chickens/rooster are the best looking in the window when your eating.”  (Vittles10)

“Great food, friendly wait staff, great classic diner atmosphere. The outdoor seating area is perfect for the cooler months, with a nice view of the wooded area and bike trail out back. (Every time we’ve been there, we’ve been serenaded by roosters — it’s just not really a trip to Oviedo without a visit from the roosters! :D )”    (Jordan P.)

“This is a very friendly diner with consistency and good food. It's affordable, it's clean, and they always do their best to make you feel like family.if you can beat the crowds in the weekend mornings, you're in for a good time. But even if you don't, and you want that breakfast fix at 3pm, they'll make you that omelet without question”.     (Ryan B.)

“LOVED this place!  I am a student near by and this little restaurant made me feel like I was back in my home town! The atmosphere is one of a kind with it's vibrant and cheerful decor + the staff to match! My friend who took me told me it is an "Oviedo tradition" to go there and the place has been in operation for decades! I can't wait to go back again with my boyfriend! This place would make a cute brunch date spot”   (Victoria C.)

“Yummy.  Breakfast, lunch or dinner are served all day. The food is delicious, affordable and served promptly. The staff are hometown friendly. Townhouse has a history in Oviedo and is a local treasure.” (Jerilyn C.)

“Country fried steak and gravy was great. I added salt and pepper but each is there own. It's served with 2 eggs, grits or potatoes, toast or biscuit. I chose biscuits and added sausage gravy. The gravy has bits of sausage and done right! Eggs I ordered scrambled with cheese and we're cooked perfect. Kids ordered pancakes and french toast and cereal. They scarfed it all! I couldn't get a picture because they tore into it so fast. I was surprised to see cereal on the menu for kids. That was cool and they appreciated it. When we were outside waiting on a table the community rooster was crowing to say hello. This place is in walking distance of the Oviedo on the Park community area. Look forward to visiting again. This really is a great local spot!!”   (Heather L.)

“Small Town diner with a vintage 50's style feel and decor. Homestyle cooking with a nice selection of breakfast and lunch and dinner. Old time favorites. Breakfast is my favorite there... especially the chili cheese omelette and the Greek omelette with feta cheese and gyro meat”.    (Kevin S.)

“Had a great experience! The food was amazing. The employees were very kind and the restaurant had a hole in wall, family appeal. Just look at the quantity and quality of this food. Will definitely come back!”    (Roger A.)

“Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. I grew up in Oviedo and had never gone to this restaurant. I'm visiting from out of town this week and I'm glad I finally went. You won't regret your visit to Town House Restaurant”.   (Todd D.)

“It was Valentine's Day. My gf recommended this place. The service was very good. The food was served hot, prompt and tasty. It is a popular well known establishment in the neighborhood. The owner came around offering a choice of dark or milk chocolate Dove candies. It's a laid back atmosphere. For kids and those young at heart they provide sheets of blank paper and crayons. My gf and I played hangman before, during and after our meal. We ordered after done with the meal a slice of cheesecake. The waitress brought it with two forks. We didn't ask for two forks. No one rushed us. Enjoyable, fun, priced fairly and we will return.”   (Thomas K.)

“Wonderful food, great staff and a clean restaurant. They did a wonderful job transitioning from their little shack of a restaurant to eat at building three times the size. That’s an amazing feat to do because anyone that’s run a small hash house knows that running an entire restaurant of that size are not done one in the same.
Management is welcoming and seems to run a tight ship. Like all restaurants, you run into your problems where something may be a bit undercooked, overcooked or something is missing. The difference is how quickly they rectify that mistake and they seem to do that here, for the few times I’ve ever had that happen, rather quickly and pleasantly.”    (Jay W.)

“I love this place! Although they have moved out of the original location they remain a family friendly, family-owned small town business. The food is wonderful and they are able to cater to a gluten-free diet”   (Sue S.)

“You can’t beat a good old diner. Food and service are always good. Have gluten free bread but not gluten free pancakes. This place is an establishment and will be around for a while to come. When looking for an old fashioned diner, this is my go to spot.”   (Brad B.)
